How to explain Guanshiyin Bodhisattva's compassion?

Compassion means love; He loves sentient beings, having unlimited, immense love for them. When one makes a request, He always responds to it, even though being always responsive is not His Vow. Where is Guanshiyin Bodhisattva from? Many people do not know about it. In many lifetimes, time and time again, He always becomes an icon of the saha world, the beloved one of sentient beings.

His compassion is timeless. As long as you make a request, He will respond to it. "Respond" means coming to help you. Even if you don't make a request, He still comes to help you, as long as you have the Affinity. If you don't make a request to Him, however, you have no way to know that He is the one who save you. Our Guanshiyin Bodhisattva of great compassion does not seek fame or pecuniary interest; He might not tell you when helping people: "I, Guan Yin Bodhisattva, am here to help you."

He has another name as "Voice Hearer Bodhisattva." Hearing the voice of calls and perform the rescue. As long as you ask Him, call His name, or chant His name in your mind, He will come over. This is incredible, thus venerated as wonderful Dharma.

Another name is "Wonderful Virtue Bodhisattva." Everything He does is out of virtuous will, without any indecency, any impurity. He does not ask for anything, but always gives something; His noble character deserves all the love from the world.
