Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi's speech on the birthday of Dizang Bodhisattva:

Dizang Bodhisattva's great vow is to enlighten the beings in Hell and the people in our world, that is, in both Yin and Yang realms, before he attains Buddhahood. This vow is the greatest among all bodhisattvas in three thousand galaxies. We celebrate his birthday to honor his altruism; we shall help him empty Hell and enlighten people with good affinity.

Therefore, we start with human health. What is the most important thing for the people in the world? Health. Without health, they will be like living in Hell. No matter their trouble are physical conditions or mental problems, we are going to help them, and guide them into Guang Huan Mi Zong Great Perfection, onto the path towards light and achievement.
